I think the scariest experience was in Utah, down around the Moab area. We were traveling with relatives and drove until we couldn't stay awake. So we pulled into what we now loving call the Cockroach Hotel. It seemed like a nice place to stay until we made the mistake of flipping the lights off, then on again.
