Playin' Dead ... by Cindy Beck

Every once in a while you run across something that makes you laugh the instant you see it. That's the way it is with this video.

The dog in the clip is named Bailey, and she was featured on the David Letterman Show. Bailey is a beagle who puts a unique twist on an old trick. (Never let it be said that you can't teach a new dog old tricks.)

LOL!!!! That is so funny. I have to post that on my blog sometime soon.

Hey, Cindy, I just added someone called Cindy to my Fried thing on Facebook. Hope it was you. If not, I'm in trouble :-)

Great meeting you and your hubby in person at the super-excellent Storymaker conference.

Now, back to earth!

Awesome! I need to teach my two year old to play "asleep" and leave her for about two hours. Oh, I'd even give her two cookies as a reward.

Hey I missed you at the conference :(
I got hopeful when you won something but then someone said you went home.

Oh well maybe next year!

Oh you're right. That was immediate laugh out loud. I'll have to send it to my son & his wife... they have two beagles, so they'll get a kick out of it!

Hey, thanks for all the comments on my blogs lately, I've been remiss and haven't been able to check out everyone else's blogs. Life has gotten crazy finally!

The owl was amazingly well-behaved once we threw a blanket over it. He just laid there while my husband held his hand (with welding gloves, of course) over him, and I removed the fly tape. Poor Mr. Owl's dilemma did net me some nice pics. After our third and fourth time to check on him throughout the day (we were working up our nerve to try to catch him and get the fly tape off!) he was letting us get closer and closer and didn't seem too perturbed by us. I think he was just tired at that point!

I just remembered earlier today to send this to my son (and my mom,and my sister). I think I mentioned to you my son and his wife have two doofus beagles.... they must have been at my mom's house tonight, because I rec'd an email back from my mom saying he couldn't stop laughing! :)

Hey, I noticed you've increased your followers by a few... good job! :)
